Prior to founding Northpeak, John held key roles at respected organizations including Bostik Philippines, Inc., a trusted name in premium waterproofing products. His experience includes conducting technical trainings, product demonstrations, and application support to ensure proper installation practices and optimal results.

Driven by a commitment to quality and innovation, John established Northpeak Waterproofing and Flooring Solutionsto provide clients with dependable waterproofing and flooring systems backed by technical expertise, efficient workmanship, and long-term performance.

Today, he continues to lead the company with a focus on integrity, practical solutions, and protecting clients’ investments through durable construction solutions.

With over 16 years of professional experience spanning the real estate, construction, and building chemicals industries, Kim Florendo-Bayangos brings a strong background in business operations, client relations, and strategic marketing. Her career includes experience with respected organizations such as Filinvest Land, Inc., one of the country’s leading real estate developers, and Bostik Philippines, Inc., a trusted name in waterproofing systems and construction solutions.

As Co-Founder of Northpeak Waterproofing and Flooring Solutions, Kim plays a key role in strengthening the company’s market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and digital visibility. She leads efforts in building Northpeak’s reputation across online platforms while supporting operational functions to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
